  So this is Samson Overthrowing the Temple in a symbolic way! We enjoyed every one of the capitals (with a guidebook in hand). We hope every visitor to Burgundy spends a day in Autun

  You just have to love the details in that gothic architeture. I rather liked the old Citroen 'traction' motor car parked in the town square, too. Good stuff!

  When I saw the car in the central square, I was going to ask if you had taken these pictures in your youth, but then I saw the Mirage plane, so probably not ;-) Another nice page Hans!
