One of those beautiful little places in France.

A lovely house in rural France.

Old house in rural France.
This Beautiful old house is located in the centre of France it is just outside Lanty , a little village near Luzy in the Provence of Bourgogne.
My sister & her husband own it and are spending there retirement years here. As you will see on the following pages how tranguille and peaceful this area of France is.
We spent some time there in 1998 and in 2000, we love it and hope to go back again.
Downtown Lanty.

A beautiful snowy winter morning.

The next two pictures are not taken by Lori, we met a British couple living in this village and they
had a little store were the lady sold her dresses that she made and they sold some souvenirs.
They also sold photographs that he made as a hobby, we bought two of these photographs. We think they are beautiful.

Church Notre Dame dating back to 12 th century

A lovely little church in Lanty
it is called Notre Dame and it dates back to the 12 th Century.
I do not know if it is beeing used
for services or not. (we did not take this picture).

Lucky you to be able to visit such a place as this - and with family! It's really the stuff dreams are me of, isn't it? Thanks for visiting my Israel page! Greetings from Georgia

This region has a superb network of small canals. One thing we will certainly do one day is to rent a houseboat to visit all these small villages without driving !
