This is a Museum in the centre of town and it is called
'' Place du Marquis Louis.''
It is about the Louis XIV era.
This is a small place in the heart of France ,this is the closest little Town from a small village called Lanty where family of mine lives .
It is a nice little place quiet but pretty and it is located between Decize and Autun. The road R N 81 goes through this town/.village.
This is Lori in the '' 1956
Citroen Traction '' this car belongs to my sister and her husband ,we made our trip to Bourgogne France together and we went in 4 cars ,this car ,the '' Ugly Duck '' the regular car of my sis & hubby ,and also our rental car that we needed to go on on our France trip.It was an interesting 12 hour journey , but we made it just fine.
- Pros:Lovely quiet ,nice for a visit.
- In a nutshell:Pay a visit if you are close by.

Hello, Hansi! ><><>< I see it is nice for a visit... Thanks for your story...
The Ugly Duck looks like a lot of fun.
Two of my favourite cars! Ugly duck and the TA. Thanks for birthday wishes!
Hans, I share your distaste for shopping - but I'm madly jealous of you cruising around France in a 2CV and a Traction! BTW, the 2CV also was known as 'The Tin Snail'.
How did we ever manage in those pre-cell phone times?? Looks like you had a great trip.
You had a lot of fun in France. That "Ugly Duck" was called "Spacek" , here in Slovenia. They aren't seen anymore.
Looks like a great town with a lot of history! The Ugly Duck looks like a fun car for a road trip! :)
Sounds like a fun road trip, and what interesting looking cars!
Small place, great page ! The” deux chevaux” was a wonderful car. I had successively a lot of fun with 3 but the first was the best ! As your traction seems to have lost its typical double chevron, I hesitated before identifying it !
What a joy to read your pages, Hans. Always filled with fun and information that's practical. You had a good time with that Traction, huh? Delightful town and very fine travelogues.
