not really suitable for vegitarians...
The Everest Steak House is just what you need after a vitamin deficient few weeks in the hills. I had difficulty acertaining exactly what animal the steak came from, as cows are generaly protected as a sacred animal, though apparently they sometimes fall off the edge of cliffs - quite often judging by the number of customers at the Everest. The Kathmandu outlet is perhaps a touch better than the Pokhara one. Fully recommended for a budget splurge.
