Home is where you left your pants. Ok I don't live in a State Park even though my yard is the size of one, but it's the only choice I had as to where I live. I'm in Farmington KY about 20 miles south on Paducah and about 25 from the Mississippi River and about as far from Kentucky and Barkley Lakes with the Land Between the likes in the middle, 200,000 acres of forest and wildlife. Western Kentucky should not at all be confused with Central or Eastern Kentucky, both fine parts of the state but a different world from Western KY. I will be writing a lot on Western KY as time permits and adding a lot of photos. So please check back for updates. |
