Climb Swiss 4000 meters Mountains

by AntonioCoelho - last update: Oct 1, 2003

Nordend 4610m

Nordend Wall
Is another great alpine summit near the Duffourspitz. My experience was open a new mixed route (rock and ice), in is North Face.
This route starts at 3600m (base of the wall) but is not finished. I climb only at 3850meters aproximatly.
Very dangerous, rock falls, but good ice climbing.

Dufforspitze - 4634 meters

Is the highest summit in the Mont Rosa massif. Start your climb at 00H from the Monte Rosa Hut(2795m)to summit this Mountain at 8h.
You must have experience or some alpine course.
Send me an email if you need more information.
Matterhorn 4478 m

Matterhorn 4478 meters

The most beautiful and mitical mountain in the Alps.
Hornli ridge is the normal route,is necessary to have experience in rock and ice climbing before it.
Start your ascension one day before and sleep at hornli hut(3260m).
