Las Vegas tops the charts for chosen vacation destination for American tourists.

I'm guessing it also tops the charts for nursey-grown palm trees. I lived in the Vegas area about 30 years ago and the place has shot up unbelievably since then. And... everyone wants a palm tree. Or two. Or three.

And here is what they look like recently planted. Apparently they get their fronds tied up during transport.

Las Vegas, Henderson (right next door), and Reno top the charts for the fastest growing American cities. Can you imagine wanting to pay $250,000 so you can live 6 feet from your neighbors? These kind of track house neighborhoods are what they are building in Reno too, but more so in Las Vegas and Henderson.
