"San Pedro Sula, Honduras" San Pedro Sula by Docu2001

I wasn't in the country long enough to draw many conclusions - but I had the good fortune to meet and speak with a few of San Pedro Sula's citizens.
Honduras, like many countries in Central America, is struggling to make a place for itself in the world after an uneven political history. But from the poorest family just moving to the city and living in one of the slums scattered throughout the area, to Physicians and University administrators, members of the clergy ý all of these Hondurans were proud and confident people. They are certainly aware of their limited resources, but are nevertheless determined to make the most of what they have and to build a better future for the next generation. If the people of San Pedro Sula are any indication, I expect Honduras will have a bright future.
