They can haul most types of boats either with a travelift or on a marine railway. Short term rates $1/ft.Water & Electric available to every slip

Chart of Smith Creek - Wynne

Chart of Smith Creek

Anchorage

Smith Creek is a very protected creek off the St. Mary's River, which is the first large river on the north side of the Potomac after you turn in from the Chesapeake. You must be sure to zig and zag through the markers. If you go on the wrong side of G3, you will be aground as there is a sandbar that comes out from St. Inigores Neck there. Then you turn around the R4 (Red 4) and from then on it's pretty straightforward.

The place marked Wynne has a headboat, a motel, a campground and two restaurants, but it does not have a post office - technically that's still Ridge. The road that goes to Wynne is Wynne Road.

Equipment: In addition to a marina (with the red route line going to it - Point Lookout Marina) there are many places up the coves to anchor in protected coves. You can either go up the the left fork or the right fork (Jutland Creek) or you can anchor across from the marina.
