Blackstone and Weeks Marinas, and a boat ramp

There are two marinas in this area - Weeks and Blackstone. Neither one of them take transients.

We stayed at Blackstone for a year. It is very convenient to our house and very protected, but the finger pier is too short for our boat. They do not carry fuel (go over to Calvert Marina - they have the best fuel prices), and they have pumpout, but we have to go in at high tide. They do not have a travel lift large enough to haul our boat.

Weeks is the next marina up the creek. It does not seem to have a web page.

There is a boat ramp next to Clark's Landing Restaurant. It is not a public ramp - you have to pay for the use of it.

You can also anchor across from Blackstone in a lovely deep water cove.

Equipment: Les Gould is the owner/ manager and he lives on the premises. The marina is open 7 days a week 9am - 5pm.

On the marina web page it says, "Protected deep water harbor
"Slips accommodate boats 20 to 60 feet in length
"Covered slips feature full length catwalks
"All slips provide electricity (30 and 50 amp service) and potable water
"Safe convenient parking at all times."
