The first time we tried to visit this lighthouse it was so foggy that we could hardly see the road, so we turned back and did not go. Fortunately, this day was sunny and in addition they were preparing for the 'grand opening' after the latest round of renovations were completed

Most of the outbuildings were open, although some of the displays were not finished yet
