| | Under construction The Industrial Hygiene Convention was in Atlanta in 1998. A friend took me on a tour of Buckhead, and to eat at Varsity. My son (who was a long haul trucker) parked his truck in the suburbs and came in on the metro and we met for dinner at the Hard Rock, which wa near my hotel. I also liked seeing the sites of the 1996 Olympics |

| | Unfortunately, I haven't found my notes for this city.
Redlats has responded very helpfully: ... "On your Intro pg, top pic is Centennial Park, bottom: Coke museum from Undgrd Atlanta. Most of your travelogue are Centennial Olympic Park." |

rexvaughan Mon Aug 28, 2006 00:24 UTC Glad you hit our main cultural site - the Varsity. LOL Locally the saying is if you need a grease job, go there. BTW if I live in Maine I would probably say Brunswick Stew was invented there. But I live in GA. | ATXtraveler Sat Apr 15, 2006 02:53 UTC Thanks for a little taste of Atlanta.. my wife and I may be moving here soon! | Redlats Sun Mar 7, 2004 22:16 UTC I was in Atlanta last month. Has not changed much. People are still worried about the safety at Underground Atlanta. On your Intro pg, top pic is Centennial Park, bottom: Coke museum from Undgrd Atlanta. Most of your travelogue are Centennial Olympic Park |
