Name of Shop: Burdine's
There are many places in the Florida Keys where you can buy or rent fishing tackle, and also many places where you can buy bait. From conversations I have heard on the VHF radio, I have gathered that Burdines has some of the best (alive and in good shape) bait at a good price and I think I remember that they would take back what you don't use. (It is convenient because the live bait is right on their dock, you can pick it up from your boat)
The restaurant will also cook your catch for you (as will many other local restaurants).
