Memories of the City

Mission Dolores cemetery/gardens
This was my slide taken in 1966 of the Cemetery/Gardens of Mission Dolores located at Mision San Francisco de Asis
Restored gardens have historic, traditional, and native trees, shrubs, flowers, and plants of the 1791 period.
Daughter, Dad and Mom on city tour
The garden also contains an Ohlone Indian ethno-botanic garden and examples of Native American plants and artifacts. This is the gardens in April with my family.

Hi Rosalie, your pictures form SF are great, I lived there recently, but watching your pictures form 70's let me feel SF a bit different, more mysterious :) Thanks.

The street scene reminds me a lot of Mariposa Street (cross street Connecticut) where I grew up.
