N.B. Marked Under Construction because while I can find most of the pictures, I can't find my journal for this trip. So I'm putting up the pictures anyway with a sketchy written account.

Belize has many different kinds of people. Even on Ambergris a lot of the woodworking, and food distribution is done by the Amish. I saw an Amish man and his son delivering eggs in a little wagon that they were pulling. This is an Amish workship

Snorkel guide

From Caye Caulker, we took a snorkel trip to Hol Chan and were dropped off at Ruby's Hotel on Ambergris Caye. The man is one of the guides.

Street scene

Most of the transportation is foot, bike and electric golf carts. There are more cars on Ambergris than on Caye Caulker though, and at night Barrier Street is one way and Pescador Street (the middle street) is one way the other direction to control the cruising traffic jams

Pros and Cons

Pros:Relaxed, but lively
Cons:Getting a little crowded
In a nutshell:Diving, eating and people watching

Excellent photos!! I especially like the scene through the window at Celi's. Also, San Pedro's & the underwater shots plus the street scene. Very good photography & enjoyable comments.
