Big Game Club: Bimini Big Game Club

I have not stayed here. They have a restaurant (The Clubhouse Restaurant) and a bar (Tackle Box), and I have not been there either. There is a club and there are condos here.

Unique Qualities: Rms $135-185/day (depending on the season - more expensive in the summer) $250-325/day for penthouse (reduced rate for a week booking). Cottages $175/225/night for double, plus 18% tax. Additional person per room $25, maximum of 4. Marina is $2.50/ft with metered electric and water in the marina is $0.45/gallon. Club members are eligible for a discount.

Compleat Angler: Hemingway's hangout

$68/night - I have not stayed here but I think it is noisy at night from the bar.

Unique Qualities: There is apparently a sort of Hemingway Museum here.

Blue Water Resort: Blue Water

Have not stayed here, but have seen the rooms which looked quite adequate to me, and should be quiet with easy access to the beach. We have also eaten in the restaurant which we think is one of the best on the island.

Unique Qualities: Rooms from $97.20/day. - has a pool. If I was coming by boat, I think I would stay here at this marina because of the pool - it is a nice pool.

I have only stayed at the marina and not at the hotel. Boats are also available for charter.

Unique Qualities: $90/day for a room 2 people- extra people $15/day, 2 bedroom suites $200, 3 bedroom suites $290 plus 6% tax.

This hotel is not currently in operation as it was damaged by a hurricane. But last time we were there, it looked as if it was being rebuilt.

I have not stayed at this place.

Unique Qualities: Cash only. Weech's Bayview rooms $63/day. Efficiency for 4 for $130/day.
