Rooms $90-$95. Dockage reduced if rentng rooms. (south Bimni). The dredging for this marina has severely compromised the entrance channel to North Bimini/Alice Town because there is shoaling on either side of the entrance.

I have not been to this establishment. I understand that the hotel is $79/night incl. breakfast. Primarily for divers. They also have tie ups for a few boats smaller than 30 feet.
