"Leipzig, immer ein Erlebnis !" Leipzig by Bigjones

I studied 6 months in Leipzig (1997-98), an interesting city located in east Germany. When I arrived there, I saw lots of construction sites throughout the city. But now, Leipzig has become a new and modern city with all facilities.
I really had a great time there (even if it was freezing cold in the winter !) because Leipzig has much to offer to young people (university, cool bars and discos, sport facilities, etc.) but Leipzig is also and above all a cultural city with its opera, its famous chor, its concert hall (Gewandhaus), its Bach museum, its architecture and of course its history.
