Chez Clement: Fine cooking, reasonnable prices

Restaurant Name: Chez Clement - Champs Elysees
This is the best restaurant we tried during our week-end in Paris. In comparison to others, the prices were reasonnable (portions are big!) and the food was delicious. We ate outside with view on the "Arc de Triomphe" on the Champs-Elysees but it was also very nice inside (a very original decoration with spoons !). As it's a chain, you can find "Chez Clement" restaurants everywhere in the city (more info on the website) but I don't know if the quality is the same everywhere.
Favorite Dish: I had crepes filled with ham and cheese + artichokes + glass of cider + a piece of blueberry tart as a dessert.

Le Tricotin: Chinatown

Restaurant Name: Le Tricotin
If you're looking for a cheap and good meal, the Parisian Chinatown is the place to go. While going there by foot from Place d'Italie in the direction of Porte de Choisy, we didn't expect to see so many asian restaurants at a time !!! It's really exotic. You forget for a while that you're in the heart of France. Even some of the rent/sale ads were in Chinese. As for the restaurants, you're just spoilt for choice. We went to "Le Tricotin" because it was recommended to us and we didn't regret it : the food was amazing and so cheap. The only think I liked less is the lack of intimacy. It's a very busy restaurant. So next time, I'll probably try a smaller one.
Favorite Dish: Brioches de porc laqué Rouleaux de printemps Pâtes de riz aux crevettes et légumes Crevettes sauce coco/poivre/basilique etc ..

Restaurant Name: Gang seng
It was the first time I entered a Tibetan restaurant. I didn't know what to expect but I was positively surprised. Tibetan cooking is excellent, halfway between Chinese and Thai food. Very friendly service and "zen" atmosphere thanks to the meditation songs ;-)
Favorite Dish: I had fried noodles with vegetables and beef. And I also tried "butter tea". It seemed odd to me at first but I loved it.
