|  | Glaswegians are cheeky chappies, and no sooner are these traffic cones removed from this statue of the Duke of Wellington outside the Gallery of Modern Art, than they quickly reappear again. I'm surprised the death rate from falling off statues whilst blind drunk isn't a lot higher here... but I love it! |
