It's funny how alot of anglo saxton aussie's like to lay claim to to comming for either Irish or scottish background.
Well I lay claim to having scotish ancestors and so A trip to scotland was a special feeling .
Edinburgh was a great city to visit .
The People were great !
The weather (what I expected)
and the city itsef in terms of lay out and wonderful building will be held in my memory for ever.
The famous Edinburgh castle was even better than I hoped.
Floodlit at night it is to me as impressive as any building I have ever seen.
