Actually, it's "Cisterns" and they only have them mostly in the northside and private residences. In town, every restaurant is on city water, which is treated. Bottled water though does assure the best quality. But in the city, it's not a problem. | ncfg Wed Sep 24, 2003 10:34 UTC
