Restaurant Name: Botanika
the Botanika is a small outdoor restaurant that became successful enough that he opened the upstairs as a hotel. The food is wonderful as is, but if you need something a little different just tell the staff what you want and they'll make it. the staff speaks english but if you still have trouble ask for Adrien the manager or Loudo the owner (he's Belgian). The Botanika is one of my favorite experiences in Africa because of the staff. Adrien and Loudo are some of the best people you will ever meet.
Favorite Dish: The Sangala in foil is very good. The Veal cordon blue is the best. Their "jus maison" or house juice is strawberry based and incedible. the desserts change daily and are all exceptionally good. Watch out for the pelle pelle or hot sauce it is hot, very very hot.
TIP: The owner is begian so don't ask for "french fries" they are pom frites. as i was instructed, by my dear friend Loudo, the Belgians invented frites not the french.
