Kazan is a capital of Tatarstan Republic, associated with Russian Federation as per Special Interstate Treatment in 1989. Population of Kazan is around 1,2 mln. people. It situated in a bank of Idel (Volga) river. Tatarstan is a most developed and one of the richest regions in European part of Russian Federation. Its citizens speak two or three languages (Tatar, English and Russian).
