|  | Salzburg is an sleepy town close to the German city of Munich. I heard it inspired the movie 'Sound Of Music'.
It is a quaint town with squares, churches, a palace, and a castle --- typical of a European city. I specifically like the walks around town and the local food. I also like hanging out on the benches along the river very refreshing (after all those walking :). |
When I was in Salzburg, there was an on-going Music Festival but they told me that you have to dress up in order for you to attend one of the concerts. I was bummed out because I was just carrying my backpack then :( | | |
