In Austria, there is a small village, Hintertux, which has the best ski area I've ever been to.
It's a glacier area which ensures the good snow quality and the high number of available ski tracks.
It has enough ski tracks that you don't have to repeat the same tracks in a day more than twice, but it also depends on how much you ski in a day. The service facilities, ski lifts and restaurants are excellent, and usually there is no big crowd, like other places. I've never had to stand in a line more than 10 minutes.
Of course, since the tracks are between 2100 and 3400 meters high, the weather can be, say, quite bad. On the other hand if the wheather is nice and the sun is shining, it is beautiful. The view is great, the mountains and the glacier ice in sunshine are really impressive.
