Our Rocks, Ruins & Raki Trip

Our Travel Group....
We took a Globus Tour (bus) of Turkey in September 1998 - an excellent time of year to travel there, and the bus tour was an excellent way to visit Turkey.

We called this the ROCKS, RUINS & RAKI TRIP. And there's lots of each. The Turks are very proud of their country and the progress it has made since Attaturk's reforms, and IMHO, rightfully so.

Group Picture! My wife and I are in the back row, far left -- see the red shirt! We were in the Cappadocia area, certainly one of the most interesting areas of Turkey!
