Gibraltar can be clearly seen from Spain - this picture was taken from a hotel room in one of small Spanish port towns.

As you approach Gibraltar you can see the rock growing and growin... But you can only see its majesty as you stand close to it...

This is one of the last British colonies. Crowds of tourists visit Gibraltar to do their shopping. Some people come here to stay (it's not easy though). But there are still a few tourists who go to The Rock just to see and admire it...

I remember walking across the runway on my way to the airport on my last visit. A bit worrying especially when you see the sign advising you to "walk quickly" Regards, Clive
