Consuegra in Spanish means "With-Mother-In-Law" (that's what I was told by our guide). Strange name for a village isn't it.
This village or should I say tiny town can be found quite close to La Mancha, home town of famous Don Quijote de la Mancha. Consuegra is famous in its region for a group of 11 windmills and a ruined castle. |
