I only had the opportunity to spend a couple of hours in Tossa de Mar. Fortunately I was there off-season so there were no crowds in the city.
Tossa is a lovely small place on Catalonyan coast. There's everything you need to feel the atmosphere of a tiny Catalonyan town there: narrow streets, ruined castle, cafes, bars, tourist shops, sandy beach, cruise boats... and lots of tourists :) * |

Hermanater Fri Mar 2, 2007 14:44 UTC Happy Birthday...too bad you didn't have more time there...sure looks like a nice place to visit....You have a very cute boy..... | matcrazy1 Sun Mar 6, 2005 13:05 UTC Czesc/hi Adam. You took very good pictures - the castle tower and that church look amazing. Very accurate opinion in intro - I was there for a while in early November and enjoyed a lot, no crowds :-) | Pawtuxet Sat Oct 9, 2004 22:08 UTC Looks idyllic. I like the combination of the old castle and the sea. I think you made a good choice to go there in slightly off season. |
