Convenient location between rail and history and other Genoa, Italy Hotel/Accommodation Reviews

I don't do it very often - usually when I'm emotionally a little stressed. It happens every year or two, I will go into the bathroom and draw my razor and cut off my chinhair. I had recently said goodbye to something very important to me and it was time for it to go. This time it happened in Hotel Helvetia in Genova.

I walked from the train station with a backpack slung over my shoulder. The natural way to walk from Stazione Principe in Genova is down Via Balbi. Hotels are everywhere along this road but I came to small and charming Piazza della Nunziata to find Helvetia Hotel, a nice 3 star Hotel that is close to the town center. The Hotel is on the South end of the Piazza.

Unique Qualities: A nice simple room with a Television, shower, hair dryer, clean sheets, and smoking and nonsmoking rooms.
