Area of 237,500 aquare kilometers, placeing as the 13rd country as size in Europe. Romania has as neighbors Republic of Moldavia (Est), Bulgaria (South), Hungary (West), Serbia, Ukraine (North and East). Romania has also exit to the Black Sea of 230 km. Population:
22.7 million place Romania 10th in Europe. Our capital city is Bucuresti (Bu-cu-resh-ti) not Bucharest as is called in West. Oficial name of Romania is Republic of Romania
For whoever want to know Romania has different relief forms:
mountains, hills, plains, meadows
and delta.
National Day: December 1 (the union of the three county Moldova, Transilvania and Romanian Country under a single status and ruler)

Black Sea coastal

Black Sea...great place to spent time...and money!
Vama Veche: a place when all hippies, young or oldtimers get together, drink 'till inconstience, smoke, sing, get fires started and generelly...having fun! Vama Veche is a place where DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY is the quote of the day (yesterday, today and everyday), is a place where being naked is just natural, and where trying to get some order is useless!
2Mai...hm...hard to talk about it....is like Bermuda Triangle for me... my normal livestile got lost there...and i still looking for it :)
Saturn, Venus, Olimp, Jupiter...heavy expensive towns where are going only the powerfull ones like our president, first minister and so one...any middle class Romanian would preffer other places...Saturn, Venus, Olimp, Jupiter... those are for tourists...freat hotels and services, too expensive yet for Romanians...
Eforie Sud and Eforie Nord...twins places for youngers, little ones and families
Techirgiol...wow! this is THE place for the ones who are in payne, because of the salt water and mud...treatment is great there! I strangly reccomended!
Constanta...port to black sea...commercial and touristic place...history of Romans is everywhere here...ruins and all...a great Casino for gamblers....a great view of the sea, dephinarium, GREAT!
Constanta - Mamaia...5stars hotels, home of the annual singing contest "Mamaia"...belive me...SUPER! smouth sand and extra services...of course there are small problems...but...
Costinesti...teenager are in the house there...loud music from discos...the wreck of "Evanghelia" (a greek ship wrecked there and now a legendary place for daring ones)...teens, teens, teens!

Romanian Road Map

No Route 66, but...

It is true that Romanian's roads are not all in good shape...than try the offroads...something new for your Volvo, Lincoln or what do you have... :) I strongly recommend Cheile Bicazului in Moldova, for it serpentines, giving you the feeling of flying with your car.
