Pizza that makes you happy.... - Cambodia

Pizza that makes you happy....

Happy Herb: :) Happy Pizza!!!!

Happy herb sells pizza that is delicious but what makes this restaurant unique is something 'extra' that they add to the pizza.... When you placed any order for a pizza, they will ask you if you want it 'HAPPY' or 'VERY HAPPY'. This is to indicate if you want 'hash' to be added and the amount you want. For those who is adventurous, a slice of 'HAPPY' pizza will make you kind of like 'drunk'.... drowsy but happy definately.

Anyway, those normal pizza without additional ingrediants, are very delicious too.

Favorite Dish: You must try their Hawaian pizza. Combination of ham and pineapple is simply mouthwatering.

Cambodian soup noodle - Cambodia

Cambodian soup noodle

Typical Cambodian soup noodle

A typical Cambodian soup noodle is almost the same as the chinese soup noodle. It contains vermicelli, with lots of pork, intestine, liver, heart, and a type of fish cake. In additional, it also have fresh vegetable, bean sprout and finally sprinkled with fried garlic.

Yummy for a person who is obsessed with 'internal organs'.... but might be scarry for those against it. Why don't they serve this delicious noodle back in Malaysia...?

FCC Phnom Penh - Cambodia

FCC Phnom Penh

Foreign Corespondence Club, Phnom Penh: Wine and dine with a view....

FCC of Phnom Penh is situated at Sisowath Quay at the riverfront. A multi-story high, french colonial building which its top floor placed, its bar and restaurant. This is the must go place to have a drink, sitting at its open balcony while watching sunset. The place is warmly decorated, with soft music creating a relaxing ambiance... I didn't have any meal here but many people recomment the wonderful meals that is served here.

Favorite Dish: The cocktail 'Angkor's sunset' and also the cheap but nice Angkor draught beer....

In Cambodia, the coffee is served in these small transparent cup. The coffee is very strong and thick floating above sweeten condensed milk at the bottom. If possible, asked for less sweet as Cambodian have really sweet-tooth....
