Wells, Nevada has some rather unpredictable weather fluctuations. Usually, the forecasters don't list this area because of this. It's a very good habit to have some basic survival tools with you at all times: Water, knife, matches, food, salt, flashlight, first aid kit, jacket, extra shoes/boots (walking/hiking), extra socks, blanket, hat, gloves, rope, carry bag or backpack.
This area is of a 'high-desert topography'. There is a large variety of wildlife roaming free all over - just because you don't see it doesn't mean it's not there. Believe me, it is. Winds can blow in at any time and have been seen blocking out entire communities from view. This area is great if you really want to enjoy the planet Earth.
Wells, Nevada is poised for investment, development and expansion for a variety of business opportunities from retail, manufacturing and warehousing.
It is served by the Union Pacific Railroad, Harriet Field Airport - which is medium in size and located with plenty of room for expansion when the need arises; there is the interchange of US 93 North & South and Interstate 80 East & West making travel, import and export unlimited.
There are two newly developed industrial parks ready for occupancy and everything is serviced electrically by Wells Rural Electric Company; Gas is propane from Wells Propane (primarily); Frontier/Citizens Telecommunications; cable & satelite TV & Radio and there are many other features that can enhance any type of business needs or requirements.
If the cost of operation is hurting your business future then you might consider Wells, Nevada for that much sought after break from financial pressures. Wells can also offer your business or company a safe and secure operational atmosphere - away from the current threats facing our nation today.
Look to the future...Look to Wells, Nevada.
- Pros:Sky, Stars, Mountains.
- Cons:Unpredictable Winds; Extreme Weather Fluctuations.
- In a nutshell:Untamed with lots of room for growth and development.
