You might think these are the famous cherry blossoms which bloom every spring along the shores of the Potomac River here in Washington, DC, but au contraire! I have it on excellent, local authority that these little wonders are actually almond blossoms! I found them at the ruins of ancient Delphi. Breathe in their fragrance up here and you know why the Gods called the land theirs! |
