| Panorama of Krakow old town |
Krakow is the place I would like to return more times for sure - I have strong and good sentiments about this city. It has so much of everything. At first, it is well preserved old town added to UNESCO World Heritage list quite long time ago. What is more, city has nice unforgetable atmosphere, especially at the central place in Krakow's old town - Cloth Hall.
At this old and maybe the most beautiful city in Poland for some hundreds years used to be capital of common Kingdom of Poland and Lithuania. It is natural thing, that all the main treasures of Kingdom were placed here, as well it was residential places for Royal families and rich people. |
| | I could say, my one of most significant purposes visiting this town was to explore places, which were memtioned on historical books about period of common Union of Poland and Lithuania. As for me, the main historical point here, in Krakow, is Wawel castle and Cathedral with Royal Tombs (there some Lithuanian nation people were burried as well). |
| | Another my purpose was to meet some nice people in Krakow - my groupmate, who was stuidying on ERASMUS here, and some hospitalityclub members, who were hosting me, so that why I dont write anything in category "Hotels\Accomodation".
So, I only want to wish You nice exploring of Krakow page! ;) |
