Great palaces, magniloquent statues, green and nice parks, big museums, clean streets, nice plan of the town - all can be found in travel destination called Vienna.
The old part of the Vienna is found near the Danube - the character of this place is monumental architecture, mostly all buildings are tall, colorful. One of examples of big and really nicely decorated buildings in town is St Stefan's Cathedral.
All the beauty of this town is very associated with the Austrian-Hungarian Empire times, and then the imperators wanted to see residence of them very beautiful and worth to be the capital. The biggest jump in creating the beauty of Vienna began from the middle of XIX century, in this time mostly all must see destinations in Vienna was built. |
