if your looking for an A.T.M you won't find one, because they are called geldautomaat's or chipknip's. they are similar to u.s atm's and they promt you to an english button. not sure what the fee's were, i haven't gotten my statements yet.

the dutch smoke they're joints in whats called a cone, it is a large joint with a filter tip..once introduced to this method i fell in love..although i cannot roll one myself i can use the prerolled cones at my disposal..but i still rolled some u.s style joints as well as seen in the next photo..

here in america we appreciate that ooozing resin getting all over your lips and weed in your mouth, it wouldn't be a joint without all that..i represented the old u.s while over in the dam on quite a few occasions. i saw some japanese kids using a rolling machine lol....he he rookies!!!
