I visited Munich twice, but always for business reasons.
Anyway, I loved visit it in my spare time.
Munich, the capital of Bavaria, is an enigmatic mix of old-world charm and chic sophistication. Baroque churches, splendid palaces and beautiful parks, jostle with art galleries, theatres and modern shops.
Munich is also an international business and manufacturing centre, famous for its automotive, electronic and computing companies.
This city is famous all over the world for its Oktoberfest, a sixteen day (starting in Sept!) beer festival which involves band concerts, funfairs and consuming lots of beer and sausages.
