Doumen Travel Guide: 2 reviews and 5 photos

The Yamen Fort

The Yamen Fort is accessible south from Xinhui or west from Zhuhai via Doumen.

Go inside the fort and relive the last dynasty

This old fort sees few new visitors so you can really feel like you are stepping back in time as you walk inside the fort.

This fort was used during the Qing dynasty which witnessed the Opium War further north at Humen Fort.

You really keep busy building pages - and I enjoy them a lot!!! Doumen sounds like an interesting place to visit - without 10000 other tourists .... ;-)
