| San de Fuca, Penn Cove, Whidbey Island |
Penn Cove is a U-shaped inlet on Whidbey Island between Coupeville and Oak Harbor. The sparsely populated north shore is where you can find lots of driftwood washed up along the shore. San de Fuca is a small residential community with a volunteer fire department that comprises this destination's main destination. The south shore of Penn Cove is where mussels are harvested to be featured on the menus of expensive seafood restaurants in Seattle. |
