Teen spirit rules in Harajuku. Come every Sunday, the streets of Harajuku throbs with life as teenagers come dressed in their Goth-Sunday best and mill about the streets. It's a harmless way to attract attention and let go of their stress from cram schools . Yes, they'll paint the town red, pink, blue and purple literally from the looks of their clothes, makeup and wigs.

Pros:Great food at cheap prices, interesting street culture, good shopping
In a nutshell:Lots of things here are cheaper than in Central Tokyo

great page Glen! Harajuku is one of those places that make Japanese culture so mysterious, its suppose to be very conservative but every once in a while you see evidence of the exact opposite.
