"Scandic Backpacking Adventure - The Third Leg" Finland by bpacker

This is the third leg of my journey and owing to the lack of time, I've only covered two places in this big country :( Despite that, I had a nice adventure here and saw many things..

After taking a decadent cruise on the Swedish-Finnish Archipelago, I arrived in Helsinki.
It's a city full of beautiful archictecture and monuments. The most fascinating thing over here has got to be the church which was hewn out of solid rock.

My next stop was Rovaneimi. I have to admit, I was a little hesistant at first because I thought it was cheesy to go so far to meet Santa. I was glad I was wrong! Other than meeting Santa, I went on an " Arctic Safari" in the Finnish river and woods. Click here to read more about it.
