OK, OK, you're not in Paris to watch moovie on a wide screen, but all the same, the one of Le Grand Rex is the biggest of Europe (that's what tehy say!) and one of the oldest (70 years)... So, if you want to enjoy a without-english-sub-titles moovie (mandatory ! You're in Paris) : go there ! Subway Station : Poissonniere - 1, boulevard Poissonniere... OK, OK, on ne va pas specialement a Paris pour voir un film, mais tout de meme le grand ecran du Grand Rex vaut le coup et c'est l'un des plus vieux cinoches de Paris (70 ans tout de meme...). Allez vous faire une toile ! Metro : Poissonniere - 1, boulevard Poissonniere...

It is not a very big spot in Paris, but I have lived next to Square des Batignolles, and I can tell you that it's a pleasure walking inside and around it. If you have some time to spend in the early morning and you want to have a good breakfast, go to the bakery at the corner of Rue des Batignolles and Rue des Moines, behind the Square (the bakery is in front of a church) : you can have your breakfast inside (very scarce !) and enjoy very tasty "pains au chocolat" or "croissants"... Subway : Brochant, then go up the rue Brochant until the park.. Ce n'est pas un coin super connu, mais j'ai vecu a cote du Square des Batignolles et je peux vous dire que c'est un plaisir de s'y promener, tant a l''interieur qu'autour. Et si vous avez du temps a tuer, au petit matin, allez prendre un petit-dej' au coin rue des moines-rue des batignolles, derriere le Square : une boulangerie fait face a une eglise, et l'on y deguste, a l'interieur (rare !) un super cafe et les meilleures viennoiseries qui soient... Metro Brochant, puis grimpez la rue Brochant jusqu'au parc.

Have you noticed that, in each parisian park where an artificial lake was set up, there are ducks around ?? Avez-vous remarque que, dans chaque parc parisien dans lequel on a mis un lac artificiel, il y avait des canards dans le coin ?
