DIRECTIONS - ENGLISH VERSION

Hello, people !

The directions for the pages are as follows :

1. You may find, from time to time, a french text with no translation in english : lack of time !! The english texts are followed by (or co-exist with on different pages) the texts in French : indeed, at the beginning of our trip, these pages were meant to share our travel with our non-virtual friends, and not all of them understand english.

2. We have added some travelogues in the countries or in the cities, villages, towns we have actually visited : the "tips" may have been filled in just to upload some more pictures, without any really useful info.

3. If we have lived something really special in a city, you will find the story among the travelogues of this specific city (see all our travel pages ).

4. On the advice of foxy VT member Captainamerica, we have written portraits of some people we met during our trip and who appealed to our mind... When the picture is missing, we have just tried to represent them with as much accuracy as possible !!!

Special thanks to our family and the friends who offered us the digital camera ... that Maillekeul has pathetically lost in a bus, in Ecuador (January 2004) !!

MODE D'EMPLOI - EN VF !!

Salut a tous !

Le mode d'emploi de ces pages est le suivant :

1. Nous avons decide de conserver (quand cela est possible) les versions francaises et anglaises des differents textes ou commentaires, pour chaque page (tips, travelogues, etc...). Pour le voyage en Am-Sud, normalement, tout est traduit : faites moi part de mes oublis eventuels !!!

2. Nous avons individualise les travelogues et tips en fonction du pays et des villes concernees : n'hesitez pas a vous balader ! Le plus simple demeure de cliquer ici et de selectionner le pays ou la ville que vous souhaitez (euh, pour info on est passes en Amerique du Sud et en Polynesie !!!). Une fois sur la page concernee, on vous laisse jouer avec les onglets...

3. Comme il n'y a pas plus de 5 travelogues par pays (maximum autorise par le site), nous avons individualise egalement selon les villes visitees (quand ca valait le coup), et nous avons ajoute des photos dans les "tips" de la page du pays et de la ville concernes : donc, parfois, il y a des "tuyaux" inutiles, sauf pour la photo qu'ils contiennent !!

4. Sur les conseils du ruse Captainamerica, nous avons redige ensemble les portraits des personnes rencontrees le long de notre parcours. Des gens avec qui nous avons eu des affinites, ou encore des personnages qui nous ont fait rire, nous ont fascines, emus, deplu et qui nous ont marque suffisamment pour figurer ici ... Quand on n'a pas fait de photos d'eux, on a improvise !!

Ces pages sont dedicacees a nos famille et a nos proches, notamment a ceux qui se sont cotises pour nous offrir l'appareil digital grace auquel il a ete possible de nous suivre pendant notre voyage... et que Maillekeul a betement perdu dans un bus equatorien en janvier 2004 !
