Biking in Brussels streets

If you want to discover Brussels by bike, ProVelo organizes guided tours by bike... Many itineraries, many themes on week-ends... Art Nouveau buildings, greenery and parks, etc... There is a calendar of weekly tours in their website.

If you want to do it on your own, check their website since they suggest itineraries to make you familiar with biking again (in case you haven't practised it for a long time). They have a comprehensive database of cycling paths in Brussels area.

One of most interesting aspects of biking in this city is that you easily find where to go if you are short of water. LOL Pubs and bars are never that far.

Besides, Brussels is not that flat, it has some slopes so to enable you to vary your effort :)... Lazy ride, another challenging one, discovery pace... To each its own...
