Cambridgshire evokes all sorts of images of young gentlemen in v-neck rowing sweaters, student buzzing, cobbled streets, dusty book-shops with eccentric owners and of course summers spent punting (very much like rowing a gondola in venice, just without the singing)...

A SPOT OF HISTORY
A bit off the high-street with it's lovely little shops, just down at the board walk - you are hit full on by a very 'sudden' english country life scene...
This is Philomene, the cow - minding her own business...
And of course the competition is on with the OTHER University town of Oxford...
It is a gentlemenly competition though - no flying fists or whizzing daggers... it's done at a BOAT RACE >>
Cambridge versus Oxford
... ohh look at those legs!!! hihihi
- Pros:Really a lot to explore and such a lovely, quirky place
- Cons:too many tourists during the summer
- In a nutshell:A place that is beautiful in all Seasons and weather conditions :)

Yes, Cambridge does seem to be a great spot to visit at any time of the year! I know it impressed me, even in March.
