Well, maybe except its chilly summers. San Francisco has it all... The scenic bay, distinct victorian architecture, its educated and liberal minded people, and tons of outdoor activities and places you can go just a short drive from the city. I've been around the US, and I can say that I am really lucky that I live in the city I like the most. What I also like about SF is that it sort of reminds me of my hometown, Istanbul. Most people don't know that the Golden Gate was named after the Golden Horn (Halic) in Istanbul. "The name Golden Gate was given in 1846 by Capt. John C. Fantastic page of San Francisco! I love how you bring nature closer, even though it's a big city. It's nice to know that there are some hikes and nature spots around the area! Great tips and stunning pictures!!!! |
