I must start by saying that Las Vegas was not my cup of tea. I don't gamble and don't like to gamble. But I have to say that Las Vegas has some kind of magic feel that drives people crazy for it and take them there again and again.
Situated in the middle of the desert, this city bustles with activity, people, colour and lights. I named it as a " Disneyland for Grownups" and it was really the feel I got from this city.
Its Strip is the main focus of activity, with the different thematic hotels appearing everywhere. At night it's almost surreal , with all the lights and neon colours. If you like to gamble, this is the place for you and you absolutely can't miss it! |

Herkbert Sun May 20, 2007 01:19 UTC Hi Teresa... Nice pages on Las Vegas. Sorry it wasn't to your liking. We leave tomorrow for a few days there and we'll be staying at the Wynn. I'll be sure to post some notes.. Tom | rdney99 Tue Jan 30, 2007 07:01 UTC It's an obnoxious place, isn't it? it's exciting for a day or two that's about it...great pages !-Tony | bijo69 Fri Aug 25, 2006 18:34 UTC I'm sure Vegas has changes tremendously since my last visit. And back then hotels were still very cheap :) |
