"Kyrkviken - inlet of Glafsfjorden" Kyrkviken by El_Sueco
Kyrkviken Travel Guide: 0 reviews and 3 photos
Kyrkviken is a inlet of Glafsfjorden.
In this photo you see the town Arvika, note to the left Mikaeli church and to the right Trinity church.
Photo is taken from the view point tower at Storkasberget.
The connection from Glafsfjorden into the inlet is very narrow and Kyrkviken almost is shaped as a separate lake. This is a calm part of the long lake Glafsfjorden. On the left side you can see the main lake of Glafsfjorden.
Looking at Arvika cross the inlet of Kyrkviken, in this photo you have
- Hantverkshuset (to the left)
- other Handicrafts shop (the three buildings in middle-right)
- Olssons brygga (the restaurant you find at the three white flag staffs), just below the Trinity church
